Takamaka now available in Pattaya, Thailand
The Lounge in Pattaya, Thailand is now offering four different varieties of Takamaka rum.
Takamaka is a premium spirits brand originating in the Seychelles. The Lounge is proud to be one of the first establishments in Pattaya to offer their brand.
Takamaka’s first offering is a standard white rum. Very crisp taste and great for popular drinks like a rum and coke.
Takamaka’s dark rum is a noticeable step above the average caribbean spiced rums.
Takamaka’s coconut rum is delicious. Far smoother and with greater depth of flavor than Malibu but for nearly the same price. This one is a favorite with the ladies.
Anyone familiar with high end rums such as Pyrat will appreciate Takamaka’s St. Andre. This caliber of rum is meant to be served neat or on the rocks. Flavor complexity is on level with a good scotch.
Of course The Lounge still has a large stock of popular premium rum including Mount Gay and Bundaberg. If you usually stick to scotch (or beer) do yourself a favor and try some of the premium rum offerings now available at The Lounge. You just may discover a new favorite drink.
Try the new Texas Burger at Zen
We’re rolling out a new permanent addition to the Zen Bar & Cafe menu, the Texas Burger.
We start with the same fresh beef patty as our Classic Burger but add melted cheese, American bacon, grilled onions, and imported BBQ sauce for an extra kick. Everyone loves these burgers and at only 149b with french fries they’re a steal (plus they go great with our 49 baht beer).
